Blast Close to Damascus Kills More Civilians

Explosion in Jaramana district

Today the Syrian state news agency informed that a booby-trapped car exploded in a Damascus suburb, the blast killed a number of civilians. The bomb-blast occurred in Jaramana district and it targeted a funeral procession.

According to SANA this is the third bombing in Jaramana for the past 24-hours, the explosion killed the driver. According to recent investigations an armed “terrorist” group attached the device to the car.

So far there are no further details, it is only clear that the civil war in Syria is letting unknown terrorists groups to operate freely and cause more turmoil in the ravaged country. AV
