The tax reform proposal sent by the Executive Power to raise the Human Development Bond (BDH for its Spanish acronym) from $ 35 to $ 50 represents $ 1,096 million to the State only in 2013.

According to the National Secretary of Planning and Development (SENPLADES for its Spanish acronym), during 2012, the BDH has benefited 1.2 million people, which represents an impact of $ 756 million to the state budget, ie, $ 340 million less than the cost of keeping the BDH in 2013.

The National Assembly yesterday approved the report for the first debate on the Redistribution of Social Spending Law draft could be done tomorrow if the Economic Commission submits the report today.
