Pedro Delgado Linked with Gaston Duzac

Pedro Delgado, the responsible of the Trust AGD-CFN No more Impunity (Ugedep) delivered the administration of the seized company Induequipos S.A. (Group EICA) to the company Agroexportadara S.A. whose owner was the Argentinean Gaston Duzac.

This delivery occurred on July 13 of 2011, before the credit that Duzac received from bank COFIEC. Now Delgado is accusing Duzac of criminal conspiracy.

The past records explain, “the Trust AGD-CFN No more Impunity approved by a virtual Board 57, on July 13 of 2011, the intention to administer one of the companies of EICA.” It also explains that Induequipos, a company of agricultural machineries, was related with the idea of working with the Iranian tractors market and even planned to create an assembly plant.

Currently Delgado and his brother-in-law Francisco Endara, this last has left the country, have minimized their relation with Duzac. AV
