`Concertación´ political Movement also presents legal actions for amendments

Yesterday, representatives of the `Concertación´ political Movement filed a legal action against the constitutional amendments proposed by the ruling party, in the Constitutional Court.
César Montúfar filed a plea to the Court for not giving the green light to the request
For this movement, the proposed amendment contains changes that should be decided by consulting the people.
The request adds to actions taken by the Creando Oportunidades movement (CREO) and two members of the Citizen Participation movement.
The text contains 17 amendments that, among other issues, proposes indefinite reelection.
