Virgin Mobile and Multinet Group outlined their proposals of 4G
The Ministry of Telecommunications said it has had meetings with representatives of the mobile phone companies Virgin Mobile and Multinet Group. The goal of these meetings was to know the proposals that these phone service providers, such as 4G, could offer in the country.
The conversations were in charge of Minister Jaime Guerrero. “It’s interesting to know the services that other operators have to provide to our citizens”, he said.
The Ministry informed that the President of the Virgin Mobile company Philip R. Wallace, highlighted: “Our experience in Latin America allows us to present our services to users, especially to young audiences”.
Meanwhile, Alexander Safonov, representative of the Russian company Multinet Group, said that his company is interested in investing in Ecuador, “to offer broadband services like 4G LTE, fiber optic infrastructure, last mile operator, services of data centers and the cloud, as well as administrative telecommunications services”.
