Justice denies Carlos Ochoa’s resources against comptroller’s gloss

The Judge of the Family, Women, Childhood and Adolescence Judicial Unit, Marianela Maldonado, denied a remedy of access to information and precautionary measures filed by Communications Superintendent Carlos Ochoa, against the General Comptroller of the State, by the special examination in which his actions as director of News, in Gamavisión, were observed.
Ochoa sued the Comptroller’s Office alleging that he did not provide him with information about an audit that resulted in the predetermination of culpable administrative responsibility for his work as director of News in the chain. He also asked for precautionary measures to suspend the 30-day period (ending on Wednesday) to answer and present his defense.
The magistrate denied both requests.
The Comptroller’s Office audited Gamavisión for the transmission contracts of football matches between January 1, 2010 and April 30, 2016, and a gloss was predetermined for $ 664,742 for salary increases, and $ 272,924 for bonus payments. ; And, other income given to directors and managers, including Ochoa as “jointly liable” of $ 94,200.
