A brewing company announces agreement to sell brands

Through a statement published in several media, the ABInBev brewer company, a product of the merger between InBev and SabMiller, announced an agreement with a group of local investors to sell certain assets and brands. The identity of the investors was not disclosed.

This is part of the eleven conditions established by the Superintendency of Market Power Control (SCPM) to approve the merger of companies at the local level. (I)
