Work in the office can be fun and even ‘fashionista.’ In times of economic recession, some companies started budget cuts, dismissed several employees, and even minimized new investments. Others, make an effort to keep their staff satisfied so that, despite the difficult financial situation, they feel happy. One of the new alternatives is to dress them with the latest trends in fashion.
For the companies that opted for the latter, it is not only a matter of designing uniforms with institutional colors, which may have a questionable quality and little durability. Companies like Canela TV and Bagó took another step. They decided that renowned Ecuadorian designers create the uniforms their employees wear on a day-to-day basis.
This is an act to pamper workers and show that their employer wants that they look and feel good. (I)
