Actor Paul Walker dies unexpectedly in car accident

The star of the action saga “Fast and Furious,” died on Saturday Nov. 30 in a fatal car accident. The tragedy occurred after Walker attended a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide, an NGO created by the actor to raise funds for the victims of the typhoon Haiyan that affected the Philippines.
According to reports from the forensic police, Walker and Roger Rodas, a racing driver, crashed into a tree at 15:30 near the city of Santa Clarita, County of Los Angeles, California. The impact caused the explosion of the vehicle which instantly killed both passengers.
Walker, 40, made a Thanksgiving holiday break while filming the seventh installment of the series “Fast and Furious,” which will release on July 2014.
The young actor appeared in five of the six films of the Fast and Furious saga, starring alongside Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez. In real life, Walker was involved in car racing and was described as a “free man.” The late actor leaves a 15 year old daughter, Meadow.
Roger Rodas was a close friend of the Star. Besides being a pilot, he was also an entrepreneur and philanthropist, as well as personal financial advisor of Walker and a long list of celebrities.
