APG cancels recruitment process to control dredging

nota-apgThe Port Authority of Guayaquil (APG) canceled on Friday the procurement process for the maintenance of the access channel to the seaport of Guayaquil, according to the Public Procurement portal.

The current justification of the entity for the cancellation, under the Resolution G-093-2014, is because of  “substantial violation of a pre procedure.”

Juan Carlos Jairala, Manager of the APG said that the Director of the Administrative Management recommended the cancellation of the process by a notification in the system that said: “it has not being uploaded the public hearing of questions and clarifications according to the schedule established”.
