Armed conflict in Syria kills more than 70,000 people

Two years ago the Arab Spring began in Syria, whose civil war has left more than 70,000 dead with difficult possibilities for a truce, despite the repeated attempts of international mediation.

Yesterday the UN called on governments to deliver extra funds to help the millions of refugees exiled from Syria. More than one million Syrians, half of them children, have fled the country after the second anniversary of a conflict in the neighboring nations, who have opened the doors despite its limited resources.

The conflict has killed more than 70,000 people and 100,000 were wounded, according to the UN agency a solution to the conflict is far away.
