The long lines to pay at ATMs will no longer be a problem in Tia. The supermarket chain will have the first futuristic store in the country, which in addition to adopting this system, will complement its service with the use of an artificial intelligence robot.
It will be named Lucia and this morning it will be presented to the clients of the new store that the firm plans to inaugurate in the Ciudad Celeste (Samborondón)urbanization. The goal is to streamline the purchasing process and provide abetter experience for its users.
The payment method, unusual in Latin America and that was announced at the beginning of the year with surprise by the multinational Amazon Go, required five months only for its implementation.
