Arturo Condo: “Incae recognizes Delgado’s degree as invalid”
This was stated by Arturo Condo, rector of the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE for its Spanish acronym), who says that after Delgado’s confession of having no tertiary qualification, “automatically” his master’s degree, which was obtained at that institution, becomes invalidated.
Condo said the cancellation will be official in January next year.
On its behalf, the National Secretary of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Senescyt) announced that it is currently waiting for the annulment by the Incae to remove the registration of Delgado master’s degree in business economics, degree that Pedro Delgado has exhibited since 1993, but published recently in March 2012.
On the website of the Senescyt, the master’s degree of Delgado can still be appreciated, but with an observation: “Registration under review and investigation of IES“.
