Arturo Larrea was Dismissed by the Constitutional Court

The plenum of the Constitutional Court unanimously dismissed this morning the Secretary General of the organism, Arturo Larrea Jijón. Larrea is Alfredo Larrea Jijón’s brother, lawyer of Cervecería Nacional.

The questioning to Larrea brothers and to the judges of the CC came due to a complaint from Sociedad Patriótica Assemblyman, Galo Lara.

Lara was announced that Alfredo Larrea accepted $ 500,000 as  fee payment as counsel of Cervecería Nacional in a process of employment litigation brought by its former employees and whose case came into the highest organ of justice.
