The José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil was chosen as the best air terminal in Latin America and the Caribbean by the International Airport Council (ACI).
And it obtained two other distinctions: the second best airport in the world in the category of 2 to 5 million passengers, and the best airport in Latin America and the Caribbean in the same category, according to the dealer Tagsa.
For the qualification, the ASQ program values the appreciation and satisfaction of passengers throughout their airport process considering 34 indicators of services, such as ease of access, passenger checks, among others.
