Barack Obama will present today its ambitious agenda

Barack Obama
The American people are anxious to hear the proposals of President Barack Obama on the economy and the federal deficit in the United States, during his State of the Union today. Obama’s annual speech comes at a time when more than half of the nation remains convinced that the country is in a recession.
Its annual report on the State of the Union, is his more ambitious and progressive agenda to date, which focuses on creating jobs and also get immigration reform, greater arms control and new measures against climate change. It is expected that the economic recovery and job creation are the axes of Obama’s speech to Congress. “I’ll talk to make sure that we are focused on creating jobs in America,” Obama advance Thursday in Leesburg (Virginia), during his meeting with Congressional Democrats.
Obama would give priority to education so that “all the young people are equipped with the skills they need to compete.” He also talked about his energy agenda to be less dependent on foreign oil and develop clean energy.
It is expected that in his speech he talks about policies related to climate change, immigration and civil rights, especially the rights of homosexuals. But Obama said that the economic growth after the crisis of 2008 “is a priority.” The U.S. president said he will also take the opportunity to improve the immigration reform, which “is crucial“, improve the nation’s foreign policies and resolve, through diplomacy, the differences with other countries.
It should be noted that tensions between Iran and the United States over its nuclear program continue, negotiations have been agreed by both parties, but with little progress. Obama would visit Israel during the spring, this will be his first visit since he’s president.
