Barca goest to semifinals without knowing if Messi will play

The Barcelona conducted this Wednesday morning at the Camp Nou, a light training session before the match against French PSG, with their eyes set on Leo Messi, who is not fully recovered.

Depending on the results of the ultrasound that Messi was subjected this morning, between doctors, the physios and himself, will decide whether he plays or not. The idea is not to take unnecessary risks.

If the match against PSG gets compilcated, he would play, but the club is aware of the importance of Messi in the team and do not want to take  the risk of running out of its star player on the eve of the Champions League semifinals, as long as they eliminate the French team, obviously. The 2-2 previous result, the fact that the game is in  Camp Nou and the good performance of Cesc Fabregas as a false nine  against Mallorca, calm the coaching staff just enough to not  force Messi if he does not feel well.

Leo underwent a new medical test this Tuesday, an ultrasound that showed that he is recovering. He has improved over the last one, but not enough to discard a risk of relapse if he play against Paris Saint-Germain.
