It is confirmed that the singer Beyoncé will be performing during the halftime show of the Super Bowl coming next February 2013 in New Orleans.

The singer posted on her Tumblr account a photo of her face, with wide brown eyes, red lipstick and the date of “February 3, 2013” painted on her chiks, the date when the championship final will be played, which every year produces records on television audience.

ESPN sports channel announced that Beyonce, 31, is the youngest artist to perform in the final act, in almost a decade.

Last year, the 46th edition of the Super Bowl was watched through American television by 111.3 million viewers, a record audience.
