Candida has wheels

Candida Vasquez requested a wheelchair during one of the medical brigades that the Crusade for a New Humanity Foundation made ​​in “Chala” (A neighborhood in Guayaquil) a couple of months ago.

“Mr. Alvaro Noboa attended the brigade that day, we asked for a wheelchair and he told us all we had to do was bring an ID copy,” says Magdalena Salas, daughter of Candida.

Before she got her wheelchair, Candida had to be carried by her daughter and grandson, who held her in their arms to mobilize her, “Thanks to Alvaro Noboa I will be able to move by myself and stop bothering my daughter or my grandson,” said Candida.
