Candidates prepare for presidential debate

Rafael Correa, candidate for re-election, has not confirmed his presence in the debate.

On Wednesday November 12^th, the presidential debate organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil will be held, in which six of the eight presidential candidates have already confirmed their presence.

The debate will last for three hours, from 07:00 pm, and topics such as public safety, underemployment, taxes, size of government and trade agreements, will dominate the event. Each candidate will have four minutes to respond each question.

The only candidate who has said he will not participate is Alberto Acosta, from the Union Plurinacional de las Izquierdas.
