Caroline of Monaco became a grandmother
Princess Caroline of Monaco announced the birth of her first grandchild, result of the relationship between his eldest son Andrea Casiraghi, 28, and his fiancee Tatiana Santo Domingo, 29.
“The Princess of Hanover and Madame Vera Santo Domingo have the joy to announce the birth of their grandson, born on March 21, 2013,” a Palace statement said. “Both mother and the child are doing well.” said the official communication.
Although the name of the newborn have not been revealed, sources say he will be named Raoul.
As declared last summer, Andrea and Tatiana plan to marry soon, after a four-year relationship. Andrea Casiraghi is the sovereign nephew of Prince Albert II of Monaco and currently ranks second in line to the throne of Monaco, just after his mother.
