Chief of Armed Forces denies Venezuelan military division
“Today more than ever, the Venezuelan people should feel confident that there is no outbreak in the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB),” said the head of the Strategic Operational Command (CEO), Wilmer Barrientos, who denied the existence of a “stir point” in the military forces that could endangered the country’s democratic order.

On his behalf, the host of the TV show “La Hojilla” and influential man in the Chavez’ movement, said the recording released by the opposition movement is just a set-up and announced that, for health reasons, he will leave the TV.
Meanwhile, the Venezuelan opposition leader Henrique Capriles said the controversial recording reveals, “how rotten the government is.”
