Colombia Strikes Hard Against FARC
The Colombian army struck a hard blow to FARC when Alirio Rojas Bocanegra, a.k.a “El Abuelo” was killed during a military operative. Rojas was the right hand of the FARC supreme chief.
Juan Manuel Santos, the Colombian president congratulated the army by its results, Santos also added that the attack was made in Tolima, the place of birth of the terrorist group. After the attack several computers were recovered and they are being investigated.
The Colombian Defense Minister, Rodrigo Rivera, added that “Ruben” the man in charge of the political businesses of FARC was also killed. The radio operator “Laura” also perished. The Colombian army had 300 men to seize the compound.
Rojas was the head of security of the FARC leader “Alfonso Cano” whose real name is Guillermo Leon, Rojas was also in charge of the finance of the Central Block of FARC.
