After the respective examinations, the doctors determined that it could be a case of the new coronavirus, since the man also had chest pain and signs of severe renal and respiratory failure.
For the moment, a search of the last people with whom the patient has maintained contact has been managed, to be attentive – in case it is confirmed that he is a carrier of the virus – to take the respective measures.
“The National Government confirms that it is adopting all the necessary prevention measures. Among them, the respective controls in ports, airports and borders to identify possible cases, ”the statement concludes.
