Correa Sends a Bill Emerging Project for the Bonus
The Ecuadorian president, Rafael Correa, sent a project of law that will be discussed as an urgent economic matter, for that the Assembly will have 30 days to study and approve it.
Members of the opposition in the Assembly say that the timeframe to study the financial project is too short, because there are several laws like the tax and financial bills.
Meanwhile Fausto Cobo, member of the Economic Commission of the Assembly denounced to Ecuavisa that the increase of the bonus by Correa, “is a politic, abusive, reply that seizes the moment to introduce the IRS to chase with cheats the Ecuadorian people, by pretending to remove the banking seal.” The bill would allow the government to finance other expenses through the money of the account owners.
Cobo also denounced Carlos Marx Carrasco, IRS representative, saying that he is the executor of the regime opposition, “like the GESTAPO during the time of Hitler.”
The opposition of the regime is sure that the proposal of the president will be approved “by the ministry of Law,” this means, without debate. AV
