The president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, wrote today on his Twitter account (@MashiRafael), about funding of the Human Development Bonus (BDH for its Spanish acronym).
“Serious charge”: that the bonus’ financing is “political”. OF COURSE it is! Was not it political the financing of the crisis …of 1999? Before, bank losses were socialized, nowadays their profits are being socialized … Changing time REVOLUTION!Remember that the one who proposed the idea of increasing the bonus was the representative of Banks, so I assume we all agree!
