Correa visits Liquefied Petroleum Gas Station

President Rafael Correa toured the pumping and storage station of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) `El Chorrillo´ in Pascuales, Guayaquil.
The President verified the functioning of the plant, which has capacity to store 15,000 tonnes of LPG for a supply of between 20 and 25 days.
Correa stressed the importance of this Project, because it will ensure the gas supply to households and industry.
The Minister of Non-Renewable Natural Resources, Pedro Merizalde said that this work is of great importance to provide autonomy in the provision of gas.
The total cost of the project was $ 276 million.
