The doctor of the Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, confirmed this Wednesday that after a week of a successful recovery from the president, the urethral probe that he had was removed, the doctor recommended him to restrain from moving too much, because he was moving a lot.
Santos, 61, was operated last October 3 so that a cancer-causing tumour of his prostate is removed. “Today we completed seven days of postoperative. The postoperative course has been quite satisfactory. The urethral probe, the last pending matter, was removed,” said doctor Felipe Gomez to the press in the government house.
The Colombian leader rests in the government house, however he has met with his closest councillors and also remains very active in social networks, specially on his Twitter account. AV
