DSK Sues the Maid that Accused him of Rape

The former head of the IMF, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, presented in New York city, USA, a million dollar lawsuit to the maid of the hotel. DSK is demanding Nafissatou Diallo, for falsely accusing him of sexual assault. Strauss-Kahn accuses Diallo of difamation.

The legal team of Strauss-Kahn managed to undermine the penal case against him, which was later filed on August of the last year. Meanwhile Diallo made a civil demand that the judge allowed after negating DSK diplomatic immunity. (AV)
