Ecuador and Peru will discuss social issues in Guayaquil
The Coordinating Ministry of Social development, reported yesterday that from Wednesday, several representatives of Ecuador and Peru will discuss issues related to social and cultural subjects in Guayaquil.
Among the topics that will be discussed by representatives of each country will be the fight against poverty in vulnerable sectors, chronic malnutrition of children, integral child development, attention to people with disabilities, etc.
At the meeting will also participate Cecilia Vaca, Coordinating Minister of Social development of Ecuador, Mónica Rubio, Minister of development and Social Inclusion of Peru, as indicated through an statement issued by the Ecuadorian Ministry of coordination of Social Development.
Also, it is expected at the diplomatic meeting, the presence of representatives of the National Secretariat of planning and development, of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Social Inclusion, Education, Health, Labour Relations, of the National Council of disabilities and the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS), with equal representation of Peru, among other authorities.
