Ecuador reopened its embassy in Paraguay

Last Thursday, after a year and half of not having a diplomatic mission in Paraguay, Ecuador opens its embassy with its representative, José Núñez Tamayo.

Núñez, presented his credentials to the President of Paraguay, Horacio Cartes, who received the Ecuadorian diplomat in an official ceremony.

Venezuela also reopened its embassy in Paraguay and presented his diplomat, Alfredo Murga, after they were closed in 2012 over the removal of then President Fernando Lugo.
