Ecuadorian Migrants will receive Civil Registry Services

Next week, Ecuadorian migrants may issue permanent records and not just temporal registrations for births, deaths, marriage or divorce, in the consulates of the country, reported the Foreign Ministry.

This is “good news” for migrants, said Foreign Minister, Ricardo Patiño, in a press conference.

The 81 Ecuadorian consulates across the world will become true extensions of the Civil Registry to deliver the main services for migrants.

Patiño also informed that from next Monday the cost of the institute services abroad will be reduced. (MZ)
