Ecuadorian prosecutor will take Julian Assange´s version on October 17

Prosecutor Wilson Toainga will receive the official version of Julian Assange, as part of the international criminal assistance requested in March 2016 by the Kingdom of Sweden to the Ecuadorian courts.
The appointment was made by Attorney General Galo Chiriboga, and recorded in the official communication No. 3574 sent to Sweden, the morning of Monday, by the Ecuadorian Attorney´s office. The delivery of the reply was made by physical and electronic mail.
This Monday, an appeals court in Sweden announced that next Friday, September 16 it will decide whether to rescind its arrest warrant against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
The proceedings, according to a bulletin issued by the Attorney´s office, will begin on October 17, at 10:00, at the headquarters of the Embassy of Ecuador in London. The information provided to Assange will depend on the subsequent work made by the delegate of the Attorney General´s office.
