Posted On 14 May 2012
Former informatic technician of the Judiciary Council, Jaime Martinez, must testify on Wednesday at the Office of Guayas, as part of the research carried out by the wording of the judgment against El Universo newspaper.
After Martinez makes his version, the prosecution will call Gutenberg Vera, lawyer of president, Rafael Correa.
Vera had to declare last Thursday, but at the last moment his call was suspended by the District Attorney of Guayas, Antonio Gagliardo, after resuming the functions from which he was absent over health permit. (AR)
