On Monday the Judicial Council prevented cloning hard disks of the three criminal courts of Guayas in charge of El Universo company C.A. case.
The order given by the judge of the Children and Adolescents’ court, Julio Sanchez, was supposed to be accomplished this morning in the Court of Guayas.
Some judges said that a written authorization by the Council of the Judiciary is needed in order to obtain copies of the hard disks, reported this morning Radio City (89.3 FM Guayaquil).
