Emelec held its ‘Blue Explosion’ with a victory over U. San Martin

Last night, the Club Sport Emelec carried out  its first ‘Blue Explosion’ of 2013 held at the George Capwell Stadium in Guayaquil.

In this party full of lights, music and joy,  the full squad conformed by the technical group, players and directors were introduced.

30 players paraded in front of thousands of fans. The first to appear was Coach Gustavo Quinteros, who was pleased by the reception of the fans.

Those who received the biggest cheer were Marco Caicedo, Esteban Dreer, Fernando Giménez and Marcos Mondaini. About the new hires, the blue team presented Vinicio Angulo that several hours before the event signed a four-year contract, plus Diego Corozo, Osbaldo Lastra and Jhon Narvaez, as some of the additions of Guayaquil.

But the biggest demonstration of joy by blue fans came on the end of the presentation of the Team, when Paraguayan striker Pablo Zeballos was announced. The striker was grateful for the love he received on the Capwell Stadium.

The electric team sealed the blue party with a 2-0 victory against Universidad San Martin (Peru), with goals from Enner Valencia (15m) and Gaibor (71 m).
