Posted On 12 May 2013
After the 1-1 tie of the Real Madrid in the field of the Espanyol, the FC Barcelona was mathematically proclaimed champion of the Spanish League three dates away from the finale.
The FC Barcelona team would be proclaimed League champion if the Real Madrid, second in the scoreboard , didn’t win and they tied, so this allowed Barcelona to be champion one day before playing against Atletico Madrid in the Vicente Calderon.
Three dates away and with the match of tomorrow , the Barcelona leads scoreboard by eight points to Real Madrid, which, with only two matches ahead, already cannot reach the team of Tito Vilanova.
