Fireworks in Sydney and New Zealand received the 2015

In the middle of a great party of Fireworks, Sydney received the new year.

In the largest city of Australia, more than a million people attended the launch of tons of multicolored fireworks of tropical style with palm trees that lit up the bay.

“We are celebrating that we are a multicultural and an harmonious community, even though we will be thinking about what happened,” said the Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore, referring to the taking of 17 hostages in a cafe last December 15.

Furthermore, it is to noteworthy that 2015 began in the Solomon Islands, New Zealand, the tiny nation of Niue and Tonga.

New Zealand’s capital, Wellington, also celebrated the last day of the year with fireworks and free concerts in the main park, while Auckland received the 2015 with giant clock chimes of the Sky Tower and a beach party.
