“Fisherman” was presented at the Latin American Film Festival in Ottawa

The Ecuadorian film “Pescador”, directed by Sebastián Cordero, was presented at the 17th Latin American Film Festival in Ottawa, held from March 21 to April 7. Fifteen Latin American films were also participating in this festival.

Prior to the presentation of the film, it was projected an informative video on the Yasuni-ITT, in order to disseminate within the Canadian community the benefits of the project and ways for people to support it.

The film received good reviews and comments from fellow residents in Canada and Canadian citizens who attended the presentation.

The Latin American Film Festival is the most important event of its kind in Ottawa.
