Former MPs demand in 2007 is about to be admitted to the IACHR, according to Freddy Bravo

Former deputy Freddy Bravo, of the National Congress of 2007, said that the dismissal of legislators of that time by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal was illegal and unconstitutional. According to Bravo, the Court never sought to make the law prevail, its intention was to dismiss us.

With that dismissal the oversight disappeared, moreover, the reform of the public procurement for contracts galore also starts, he said.

Bravo said that a demand of former MPs in 2007 is about to be admitted to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights as a prerequisite for reaching the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Bravo said they received support from the World Parliamentary Unit in this case.
