Former Venezuelan vice president dismisses rumours of an agonizing Castro

Fidel Castro is not agonizing
Last weekend, Elias Jaua, former vice president of Venezuela visited the Cuban commander Fidel Castro Ruz, in order to deny the false rumors spread by the international right-wing press, operating in Miami and Madrid, about the health of the Cuban Revolution leader.
Castro referred to some of the published ‘fallacies’ about the health state by saying “henhouse of imperialist propaganda, always voraciously behind the lies.” A Venezuelan, whose whereabouts are unknown, informed the Spanish diary ABC, that Castro had suffered a massive stroke in the right brain artery.
The alleged doctor qualified the state of health of Castro as “very close to a vegetative state.” While Fidel wrote “birds of ill omen! I don’t even remember what a headache is,” in a text signed by him and entitled with irony “Fidel Castro is agonizing,” which he added photographs of him in the outdoors supported by a cane. AV
