Friction between Lenin Moreno and Rafael Correa for dialogue, the Odebrecht case, and other issues

Ecuadornews:
The official proposal for dialogue and treatment of the Odebrecht case strained relations between President Lenin Moreno and his predecessor Rafael Correa, who denounced a “snub” to his government and “disloyalties.”
Moreno reacted by marking distance to an attitude he described as “hatred.” The breakdown occurred last Tuesday when Moreno announced the restitution of the property where the headquarters of the Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities (CONAIE) operated. He offered it for lease for a period of 100 years.
Correa called the decision “another unnecessary blow to my government,” and opined on his Twitter account that “the strategy of differentiating is not only disloyal, it is mediocre.” (I)
