George W. Bush: Bin Laden’s Death is a Victory For The Country

The U.S. former president, George W. Bush said last night that the announcement of the death of Osama Bin Laden is a “victory for America,” after a decade since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Bush said he learned the news from his successor, President Barack Obama. “I congratulated him and the men and women of our military and intelligence community who devoted their lives to this mission. They have our eternal gratitude,” Bush said in a statement.

The authorities in Israel have also expressed their satisfaction at the death. Trough a written statement, the authorities stated that his elimination is a “great success” (…) for a “free world.”.
