Glas announces that Chinese may enter Ecuador without a visa

The Vice President of Ecuador, Jorge Glas, announced that  Ecuador will allow the entry of Chinese tourists without visa.

Glas, made the announcement during the investment forum “Ecuador grows” at the China Council for the promotion of trade (Ccpit) in Beijing. There, he explained that the measure seeks to encourage the entry of Chinese tourists “facilitating the process”.

The second President arrived in China earlier this week for a seven day visit in which he seeks to strengthen the relationship with this country and get new investments in basic industries to support the industrialization of Ecuador.
