Government will respond to the CAN by Resolution 116 issued by Comex

Minister of Production, Richard Espinosa, said that the Government will respond ‘telling the truth’ to the Andean Community (CAN).
This, in relation to the investigation that organism opened on April 23 by sending a letter to Ecuador in order to determine whether it constitutes a ‘restraint of trade’ the resolution 116 of the Committee of Foreign Trade (Comex), which established new controls on the imports.
The CAN granted ten days to give its reply on the subject to the Ministry of Commerce.
Espinosa mentioned that it is a question of informing in a comprehensive and adequately way the parts that request information and so they will.
