Governor Panchana coordinates another drill exercise

After criticizing the coordination of the exercise conducted last Friday the Corporation for Public Safety (CSCG), before the council, the governor of Guayas, Rolando Panchana, announced the completion of a new trial in the city.

“Very soon we will have another drill, as it should, which is invited, of course, the mayor and the CSCG, as an actor who is also on these issues,” said Panchana, after adding that on Friday the provincial COE has been convened to design action plans.

Panchana added that there is no possibility that government entities were involved in the previous simulation, because “it was poorly coordinated.” He added that the Constitution and the law provide that the liability risk is around the state and not the municipality.

The Municipality of Guayaquil and CSCG organized a drill last week, which was not attended the leader of the regime, as well as the armed forces, ministries of health and others, by order of the Governor, which led to an exchange of insults between him and the Deputy Mayor, Domenica Tabacchi.
