Hearing against Cesar Carrion Is Expected to Conclude today

This morning, Coronel Cesar Carrion hearing was adjourned until 3H00pm because the prosecutor called again the presidential adviser Francisco Latorre to expand its version in Martinez case.
Latorre, who presented his testimony on Monday, was due to return to the audience, while for the first time; Coronel Carrion spoke to reporters a few minutes.
On this third day of hearing, prosecutor Luis Enriquez and the chairman of the 5th Court of Criminal of Pichincha, Hugo Sierra, starred in another incident during the testimony of one witness called by the defense of Luis Martinez said police have been with the defendant from 18:00 to 22:00 the 30-S.
Enriquez said he would check all the data, but according to Sierra that was an intimidation to witness. This prompted recriminations by Enriquez saying Sierra was impartial.
Today, Martinez’s defense continued to present their evidence and witnesses. Later he will defend the police Luis Bahamonde and final defense of César Carrión. Today is expected to conclude the hearing.
