Isaac becomes a tropical depression
Hurricane Isaac has become a tropical depression as it continues to throw intensive rains while threatening to flood the valley of the Mississippi River.
During his crossing Isaac claimed the death of two people, and continues to assail with heavy rains the states of Louisiana and Mississippi, threatening with floods in downtown and inferior parts of the Mississippi River valley. Isaac is moving from southeast of Fort Smith, with a speed of 19 km per hour.
The National Center of Hurricane (NCH) of the United States recently informed that surveillance is ongoing and warned of possible floods in Arkansas. It is expected that Isaac move to the centre of the valley of the Mississippi River with strong winds. AV
