London Sees No Solution on Assange’s Case
Posted On 31 Aug 2012

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, has been inside the ecuadorian embassy since last June 19
Last Wednesday at London, Britain’s Foreign Minister, William Hague, met with Vice President of Ecuador, Lenin Moreno.
Hague claims to have had a friendly meeting with Moreno, but said he did not see “a solution” on the case of Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange.
“We are not threatening to assault the Ecuadorian embassy. We have made clear our legal position to Ecuadorians and from the beginning we have emphasized that we seek a friendly solution”, said Hague.
The UK maintains its position of apprehending Assange as soon as he leaves the embassy for a later extradition to Sweden. MZ
