In the website of “Dato Seguro” credit references could be seen

Dato Seguro website will offer more services

In a near future, the credit reference services can be viewed through the website of “Dato Seguro”, as informed by the National Public Data Registry (DINARDAP).

After the enactment of the Repealing Law to the Law of Credit Information Bureaus, that is effective since December 2012, the DINARDAP has 365 days to create the Loan Data Registry, which is responsible for providing a credit reference service based on the compliance background analysis of the people.

Meanwhile, DINARDAP noted that “this new public registry is not a new state credit bureau” as it was referred in the article “Credit Companies must report” published on last April 15.
